The shelling off and cracks will hardly to repair and then reduce the service life. Single component polyurea industrial floor anticorrosion waterproof coating takes high performance polyurea prepolymer resin as main film-forming materials. It endowed coating film properties of dense, tough, flexible and high performance of crack resistance, impact and wear resistance, anti-pressure and waterproof. The adhesive strength with concrete substrate could above 3Mpa.
Characteristics
The coating is cured by absorption and reaction with air moisture and then tightly adhering with substrate. It contains large amount of urea bond, biuret bond, urethane bond and hydrogen bond to get excellent wear resistance properties and anticorrosion performance. The film has high performance of acid resistance, alkali resistance, salt resistance, waterproofing, temperature variation and stable chemical resistances. It can be cured in the condition of low temperature (-10℃), high humidity (RH≥95%) but still remained decorative vision and super weather resistance. Our industrial floor coating is green material and environmentally friendly and certified as “green star” material. The service life can reach above 25 years if strictly confirm the regular application standard procedures.
