Anticorrosion coating is an integrated system from primer to top coating, and primer is the base of the whole system that plays an important role for the coating quality.

Primer has two major functions: first, infiltrate into substrate and steady the residual particles strengthen the base and avoid air and moisture penetration, and then second is to form a good supporting system with the following layers then increase the adhesive strength to the substrate. One component sealing primer has high permeability for into concrete surface, and then sealing it from the penetration effect, environment friendly and easy to apply, it has been widely applied on concrete substrate and improved the coating quality efficiently

Characteristics           

  One component primer is easy to apply. It has high permeability that deep into the substrate’s porous surface, fix micro defects and be firmly bonded together with substrate. The coating film is dense and tough, with excellent proof effect, anticorrosion, temperature variation resistance and waterproof, it will not peel off after long-term immersion in water. It has high bonding strength and greatly increase the adhesive strength with substrate and following layers.
