mainly used for oxygen bleaching in pure cotton, flax, T/C fabrics. Oxygen bleaching process: 

DHK 206 3~4 g/l, Hydrogen peroxide 100% 3~5 g/l        

Steaming temperature: 100~102° C, Steaming time: 40~60 minutes.

Cold batch process: 

According to dosage of Hydrogen peroxide, normally about 60~70% of Hydrogen peroxide (100%)

4.  removes fatty more completely and reaches higher whiteness, suitable for rapid bleaching at high temperature

Bleaching of cotton or polyester on overflow dyeing machine: 

Hydroperoxide ( 35% ) 5ml/l, DHK197 2 - 3g/l 

Liquor to goods ratio 1:10, 95 -100ul0 C, 30 - 40 min. Rinse with hot water.                                                                 Bleaching of cotton in pad-steam process:

Hydroperoxide ( 35% )30 -50 ml/l, DHK197 10 -20 g/l

DHK 130  3 - 5 g/l, Bath pick-up: 100 -130%

Padding, steaming at 100, 60 min. Rinse with hot water
