  • 1. used for Bio-scouring natural cellulosic fibres such as cotton, linen, hemp and blends 2. can be applied in any type of equipment
    3. Hydrogen peroxide stable
    4. Low COD and BOD in the effluent compared to traditional pretreatment
    5. remove pectin and other impurity from cotton fibres without any degradation of cellulose and has no negative effect on strength properties of fabric.

  • It can be applied in bio-scouring of knitting fabric, hank yarn and package yarn. A typical processing example is as following:
    0.5 – 1g/L wetting agent, 1 – 2g/L scouring agent, 0.2 – 0.4g/L DHK 97300
    Neutral pH without additional use of acid or alkaline. Temperature 55-60℃, hold for 60mins,  Drop the bath, followed by hot rinsing before dying.

  • High Temperature Alpha Amylase DHK189
  • Chemical component: Bacterial Amylase  Appearance : brown liquid
    Density : approx. 1.1 g/ml
    pH-value : 5.5 - 6.5
    Dissolving procedure: dilute with water


  • 1. suitable for desizing at temperatures of 60-100° C
    2. very low loss of activity when heated with life steam

    3. suitable for removal of sizes on the basis of potato starch, corn starch, manioc, carboxylmethyl cellulose

  • Continuous desizing :
    Padding: 2ml/l DHK189, 2 – 5 ml DHK150 or DHK114 pick-up approx.100 %, age 2 min at 100 °C, afterwards scour thoroughly with hot water, if necessary add detergent and caustic soda to speed up the washing process.
    Jeans treatment: Jeans usually are treated in rotary drum type washing machines. Desizing is first processing step :
    1ml/l DHK189, 1 - 2 g/l DHK116, DHK117 or DHK120
    15 min / 60 °C

  • Mid Temperature Alpha Amylase DHK188
  • Chemical component: Bacterial Amylase  Appearance : brown liquid
    Density : approx. 1.1 g/ m³ 
    pH-value : 5 - 7
    Dissolving procedure: dilute with water, if hot water is used, adjust to pH 6 -
    7 before using

  • 1.Enzyme for desizing of starch-containing fabric (greige goods and jeans material)
    2. temperature-stable up to approx. 75° C at pH 5 - 8
    3. efficacious desizing conditions : 60 - 75° C at pH 6.5 - 7.5

  • Desizing of jeans on drum type washing machine:
     1.0 - 2.0ml/l DHK188, 1.0 - 2.0g/l DHK 117 or DHK120
     0 - 2.0g/l DHK 173 or DHK 1590 a treatment time of 10 - 15 min at 60° C, normally is sufficient.
    Desizing on the jig :
     1.0 - 2.0ml/l  DHK188, 1.0 - 2.0g/l DHK150 or DHK114
    Desizing by pad-batch procedure :
     2.0 -10.0ml/l  DHK188, 5.0 -10.0g/l DHK150 or DHK114, Impregnation temperature : 30 - 60° C

  • 1. Enzyme is completely biodegradable
    2. Highly effective residual hydrogen peroxide removal

  • DHK 180 is very stable in a wide range of pH and temperature.
    pH Value: 3-9, Temperature: 30-45° C, Time: 10-15 minutes                                         
    Dosage: 0.09~0.1ml/L

  • Wide Temperature Neutral Cellulase Powder DHK97610
  • Appearance: White and off-Whiter powder
    pH: 5.5-7.0
    Dissolving procedure: dilute with 45-60° C

  • 1. Provides high contrast finishing with negligible backstaining on Indigo denim garments.
    2. Back staining is minimal compared to conventional neutral cellulase
    3. High level of surface modifications can be achieved with e.g. pumice stones, which reduce machine wear and tear and fabric damages.
    4. Gives excellent puckering and more grains.
