Ph Value: 4.0~6.5(1% aqueous solution)
Solubility: can be completely dissolved after 1 hours when dipped in 30 ℃ water with enough stirring.-

4. compatible with nonionic or cationic auxiliaries in one bath Application: Denim washing Recommended dosage: 10% softener flake DHK234 3-5% (o. w. f.) Cool dilution: pour flakes slowly into water (30℃) in proportion of 6-10%, stir it to split the flakes for 3-5 mins, leave it aside for 1-2 hrs. After observing the flakes are totally dissolved, restir the mixture to get an even paste.
- Non-ionic Softener Flake DHK230
Appearance : Yellowish or milky white flakes
PH-value : 7-9 at 8-10% solution
Ionic nature: nonionic
Dissolving procedure: dilute with water-
1. provides a full, soft, flowing handle
2. May be combined with anionic and cationic products
3. an efective softener for kinds of fabrics
especially for beaching, yarn, cock, sweater and knitwear
Pour the flakes slowly into room temperature water in proportion of 8-10%, stir and heat to 70-80℃ until the flakes melt and become a paste.
Padding process: 2-3 g/l, exhaust and pad at 30-40℃
Dipping process: 0.3-0.8% (o.w.f.) bath ratio 1:10-15 for 15-30 mins 40-50℃

1. can be used in Oxygen bleaching instead of caustic soda, and stabilizer, no need to use caustic soda to adjust PH again.

4. Good whiteness, even, mild, no harmful to fiber mainly used for oxygen bleaching in pure cotton, flax, T/C fabrics. Oxygen bleaching process:
DHK 206 3~4 g/l, Hydrogen peroxide 100% 3~5 g/l
Steaming temperature: 100~102° C, Steaming time: 40~60 minutes.

According to dosage of Hydrogen peroxide, normally about 60~70% of Hydrogen peroxide (100%)
