4. very stable to yellowing

Padding process: 15-30 g/l, exhaust and pad at 20-30℃, ph 5-6
Dipping process: 3-6% (o.w.f.)                                                  

bath ratio 1:10-15 for 20-30 mins at 20-30℃

Water soluble appearance: Milky white paste (10% solution)
PH value: 4.0- 6.0 (5-10% solution)

1. its appreance and function is almost same as Global RT softener flake.            

2.  Especially for all kinds of cotton, linen, blending, denim, washing cloth, woolen sweater, towels and knitted fabric.            

3. Impart fabric good soft, good rebound elasticity, smooth, fluffy hand feeling.

Temperature raising dissolution:                    

add it 5-10% in room temperature water and heat up to 60-70℃, stiring 30-60 mins                                                        

Padding: 20-30g/L(10% solution), temperature 30-40℃
Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads
Dipping: 3-8% (O.W.F), bath ration 1:10:15,
temperature 40-50℃, time 15-30mins

2. Provide a soft, slightly greasy and smooth hand-feeling.
3. Has good anti-electrostatic properties.
4. Gives no yellowing at normal drying and curing temperatures up to 100-120℃.
5. Good fastness to washing

Dipping process: DHK278 emulsion 3~6%（O.W. F）
Process condition: 40~50℃ 20~30min, pH5.5~6                                                    

Padding process:  DHK278 emulsion 15~30g/l
Exhaust and pad at 20~30℃, pH 5-6
